What you will do

• Own and grow high-value restaurant partnerships through operational improvements and business strategy.
• Develop growth plans to increase location count and same-location sales.
• Build tools and processes using analytical skills to drive partnership KPIs.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to improve product and operations based on partner feedback.
• Manage multi-session onboarding, training, and high-touch communication channels.
• Handle multi-location contract negotiations and execution.

Requirements

• 2-4+ years of experience in account management or client service roles.
• Strong communication skills for managing both external partners and internal stakeholders.
• Proven ability to develop and deliver detailed joint business plans.
• Capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
• Must be able to support East Coast business hours.
