Salary: $67,000 ‒ $84,000 Annually

What you will do
- Analyze customer feedback and usage data to optimize organizational health and product engagement.
- Perform outbound farming efforts to build a self-sourced sales pipeline.
- Leverage and oversee AI tools to scale daily account management responsibilities.
- Identify and execute up-sell and cross-sell opportunities to meet or exceed quota targets.
- Maintain deep product knowledge and provide clients with updates on new features and industry trends.
- Generate referrals from satisfied clients to expand the customer base.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in account management or a related field.
- Must be able to work a hybrid schedule in Irvine, CA; Atlanta, GA; or Phoenix, AZ.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport.
- Proactive approach to identifying client needs and business opportunities.
- Proficiency with CRM software and account management tools.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in the SaaS industry.
- Experience with the Outreach software tool.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
