Salary: $178,000 - $247,000 USD

What you will do

• Define the roadmap, vision, and lead design work for the Growth team.
• Own design for funnel optimization, NUX, and personalization for guided flows.
• Leverage AI to create personalized, seamless customer experiences.
• Design growth systems and experiments by translating quant/qual insights into testable ideas.
• Facilitate workshops and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ship business-driven products.
• Conduct independent UX research and apply insights to advocate for the user.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional design experience.
• 4+ years specifically on Growth teams, ecommerce, or merchandising.
• Proven track record of driving gains in conversion, basket price, and product adoption.
• Expertise in iterative experimentation and A/B testing.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to a US hub (Denver or San Francisco).
• Portfolio demonstrating high-quality work with direct project impact.

Nice to have

• Experience with B2B companies focusing on SMBs.
• Knowledge of behavioral science.
