Location: Must be based in the United States

Salary: $223,600 – $299,100 USD

What you will do

  • Lead the design vision and execution for back-office experiences, including accounts payable, receivable, purchasing, inventory, and project financials.
  • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of 10+ product designers and design managers.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and executive leadership to shape product strategy and roadmaps.
  • Establish scalable design standards, processes, and best practices focusing on speed, quality, and accessibility.
  • Drive innovation in AI-assisted and agentic design experiences to ensure systems are intuitive and transparent.
  • Utilize customer research and analytics to deliver measurable improvements to the user experience.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience leading product design teams within SaaS or enterprise software environments.
  • Proven track record of managing teams of 10+ designers and design leaders.
  • Expertise in simplifying complex workflows for operational or financial systems.
  • Hands-on familiarity with AI-assisted design tools and AI-driven user experiences.
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design methodologies and accessibility standards.
  • Must be based in the United States.
