What you will do

• Own product domains end-to-end, from discovery and problem framing to shipping and measuring impact.
• Drive measurable provider outcomes including onboarding completion, feature adoption, and support ticket reduction.
• Conduct deep customer research by shadowing providers and joining account calls.
• Identify and resolve structural design debt and inconsistent patterns.
• Collaborate in a trio model with PMs and engineers to shape the product roadmap.

Requirements

• Experience designing complex operational software such as billing, scheduling, or payroll systems.
• Proven track record of end-to-end ownership from discovery to shipment.
• Must be based in the US.
• Ability to simplify complex, workflow-dense interfaces into usable designs.
• Active use of AI tools within the design workflow.
