What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design for core user journeys across insurance, maintenance, and safety.
• Drive 0→1 product initiatives to translate complex user needs into intuitive, scalable experiences.
• Collaborate with Product, Research, Engineering, and Data teams to implement high-impact design solutions.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems to ensure consistency and visual excellence across platforms.
• Integrate AI thoughtfully to enhance usability, personalization, and product efficiency.
• Advocate for UX clarity and visual storytelling to raise the overall design bar within the organization.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in product design for mobile and web consumer products.
• Portfolio demonstrating exceptional UX thinking and shipped large-scale products.
• Proven track record of leading projects from discovery and research through to launch and iteration.
• Experience building and evolving design systems in close collaboration with engineering.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills for stakeholder alignment.
• Ability to execute rapidly in fast-paced environments with high ownership.

• Experience in fintech, mobility, insurance, or marketplace domains.
