TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Alameda, CA (Onsite)

Salary: $25.00 – $38.00 per hour

What you will do

  • Manage internal event planning, meeting support, and logistics including room set-up and AV coordination.
  • Oversee office supply inventory, distribution, and vendor relationships.
  • Coordinate purchase orders for furniture, equipment, and facility-related items.
  • Support onboarding processes and desk setups for new hires.
  • Manage multi-function device maintenance, repairs, and toner recycling programs.
  • Collaborate with accounting and facilities leadership on annual physical inventory projects.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED with 3+ years of administrative experience.
  • Must be willing and able to work on-site in Alameda, CA.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and Adobe products.
  • Strong organizational, mathematical, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
  • Commitment to adhering to Quality Management Systems (QMS) and compliance standards.

  • Associate degree.
