What you will do

• Input data from MNR Forms and CQE worksheets into the IHIS system.
• Verify member eligibility, create patient records, and research via ASHCore logs.
• Maintain a production level of at least 20 MNR Forms per hour with 98% accuracy.
• Contact provider offices to clarify missing or illegible information on forms.
• Process back-end treatment forms and forward worksheets for final processing.
• Generate daily tally sheets and production reports for supervision.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED certificate.
• 2 years of data entry experience with a minimum of 10,000 keystrokes per hour.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Stable internet connection (minimum 50 down/10 up Mbps) for video meetings.
• Proficiency with computer keyboards and basic software applications.
