Salary: $134,200 - $166,100 per year

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a digital product manager in a cross-functional agile environment.
• Proven experience as a direct people manager for product professionals.
• US Citizenship or Green Card required (no sponsorship).
• US Residency for at least the past 3 years.
• Ability to meet requirements for a position of Public Trust (US Government background investigation).
• Experience in professional services, government, or highly regulated industries.

Nice to have

• Formal training in agile frameworks like SAFe.
• 2+ years of experience managing remote teams.
• Experience in digital healthcare technology.
• Familiarity with accessibility requirements.
