What you will do

• Manage assigned client billing accounts, review outstanding balances, and ensure timely payments.
• Resolve billing inquiries and disputes through direct communication with clients via phone, email, and video.
• Collaborate with Sales, Billing, and Customer Support to resolve invoicing delays and missing data.
• Analyze billing trends to implement process improvements for revenue cycle efficiency.
• Provide weekly updates and monthly summary reports on performance metrics and past-due accounts.
• Ensure strict compliance with HIPAA and privacy regulations while handling PHI.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• Experience in Revenue Cycle Management or billing account management.
• Ability to handle Protected Health Information (PHI) in compliance with HIPAA.
• Strong communication skills for client negotiation and cross-functional collaboration.
