TL;DR
VP / Director of Segment Growth (Proptech): Leading the growth of the Real Estate Investing (REI) segment to drive subscription ARR and market penetration with an accent on community leadership and brand presence. Focus on converting an existing professional audience into customers and integrating investor feedback into the product roadmap.
Location: Remote (any location)
Salary: $135,000–$225,000 base + uncapped commission

What you will do
- Own net new subscription ARR for the REI segment as the primary performance metric.
- Design and execute growth campaigns, offers, and plays to acquire new subscribers.
- Expand brand presence through your existing network, podcasts, and industry conferences.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with REI educators, coaches, and community leaders.
- Convert partner audiences into qualified trials via webinars, live sessions, and direct outreach.
- Act as the Voice of the Segment, translating investor workflows into product feedback for the roadmap.
Requirements
- Active experience in Real Estate Investing (e.g., wholesale, flips, BRRRR, multifamily, or land).
- An existing active REI-focused following on YouTube, podcast, Instagram, Facebook, or via a newsletter/mastermind.
- Proven track record of converting an audience into paying customers or students.
- Strong on-camera presence for webinars, podcasts, and live demos.
- AI-native workflow, utilizing AI and automation as part of daily operations.
- Self-directed ability to build and execute a growth plan independently.
Nice to have
- B2B SaaS or proptech experience in a GTM or segment ownership capacity.
- Familiarity with hyperlocal marketing, direct mail, or skip tracing.
- Hands-on experience with PropStream, DealMachine, BatchLeads, or REIPro.
- Existing relationships with established REI coaches and community leaders.
