TL;DR

Director, Growth (hirify.global Network): Owning guest acquisition and retention strategies for the hirify.global Network with an accent on scaling consumer growth channels and lifecycle playbooks. Focus on architecting acquisition programs, driving performance marketing, and leveraging data to optimize CAC, LTV, and cohort retention.

Location: Must be based in the U.S. (Remote or NYC office optional).

Salary: $160,000–$190,000 annually.

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end guest acquisition strategy, including annual planning and channel-level forecasting.
  • Architect acquisition programs that leverage restaurant brand partners for co-marketing and referral loops.
  • Develop lifecycle programs to convert first-time orderers into repeat guests in partnership with Product.
  • Build a rigorous experimentation roadmap including A/B tests, holdouts, and marketing mix modeling.
  • Define and own growth dashboards to track CAC, LTV, payback, and cohort behavior.
  • Build and lead a team of growth managers and channel specialists as the business scales.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in growth, performance marketing, or consumer growth strategy.
  • 3+ years in a senior IC or player-coach role at a consumer marketplace, app, or two-sided platform.
  • Proven track record of scaling consumer acquisition through non-paid channels and partnerships.
  • Deep expertise in CRM and lifecycle marketing including email, push, and SMS architecture.
  • Strong quantitative skills, including proficiency in SQL and AI tools for data analysis.
  • Must be based in the U.S.
