What you will do

• Serve as the primary medical and scientific lead for client accounts and strategic projects.
• Facilitate high-level workshops, advisory boards, and strategic brainstorming sessions with external experts.
• Synthesize medical landscapes and competitive dynamics to provide actionable strategic guidance.
• Lead projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with budgets and client objectives.
• Contribute to new business development, including proposal creation and pitch presentations.
• Collaborate across internal specialties to deliver tailored solutions for complex client challenges.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United Kingdom
• Advanced scientific or clinical degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, or MSc).
• Significant experience in medical strategy, medical affairs, or scientific consulting.
• Proven ability to integrate scientific knowledge with commercial and healthcare system considerations.
• Strong consultancy skills with experience facilitating senior-level strategic discussions.
• Exceptional communication and project management capabilities.
