What you will do

• Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for core healthcare data platform capabilities, including ingestion and persistence.
• Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to align platform capabilities with customer and market requirements.
• Translate architectural concepts and interoperability standards into detailed, actionable product specifications.
• Guide backlog prioritization, delivery coordination, and feature refinement throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify differentiation opportunities in healthcare technology.
• Support customer-facing technical solutioning and executive stakeholder engagements.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 5+ years of experience in Technical Product Management, Platform Product Ownership, or Software Engineering.
• Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Health Informatics, or a related technical discipline.
• Strong knowledge of FHIR, HAPI FHIR, RESTful APIs, HL7, CDA, and healthcare interoperability frameworks.
• Experience with data integration, ETL pipelines, and cloud-native architectures.
• Familiarity with authentication and authorization technologies such as OAuth2, OIDC, and SAML.

Nice to have

• Experience collaborating with teams using Kubernetes, Helm, or Terraform.
• Familiarity with observability, logging, and distributed systems.
