What you will do

• Define and scale operational frameworks and standard operating procedures across the product development lifecycle.
• Drive process optimization to improve efficiency and scalability between Product, Engineering, Design, and QA teams.
• Establish and manage Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies to align engineering execution with product strategy.
• Own and optimize the internal tooling ecosystem, including Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Figma.
• Build and monitor KPIs and operational metrics through dashboards and reporting systems for leadership.
• Act as the primary operational liaison between technical teams and go-to-market functions for smooth product launches.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product operations, technology operations, or technical program management.
• Proven experience within B2B SaaS or high-growth enterprise software organizations.
• Deep understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and Agile best practices.
• Experience managing operational tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to design performance measurement systems.
• Must be based in the United States.
