Salary: $140,000 – $160,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Embed with banking clients to understand their workflows, regulatory constraints, and strategic goals.
• Translate complex business problems into testable hypotheses and ship high-impact solutions.
• Own product decisions, including scope, sequencing, and UX design for live engagements.
• Build full-stack experiences with a strong emphasis on UI/UX and front-end craft.
• Design, configure, and evaluate agentic workflows using modern AI frameworks.
• Codify learnings into reusable patterns and playbooks to improve platform capabilities.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong product and UX instinct with a history of shipping software.
• Fluency in banking or highly regulated B2B industries (e.g., compliance, lending, insurance).
• Experience in full-stack development, specifically Python and React/TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with AI agent frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or model-provider SDKs.
• Ability to manage multi-stakeholder engagements and communicate effectively with senior leadership.

Nice to have

• Experience with RAG (vector and vectorless search).
• Knowledge of AI security primitives, observability, and data controls.
• Familiarity with eval and training loops for AI agents.
