What you will do

• Architect and maintain scalable, stateful AI agents using Python and frameworks like LangGraph or CrewAI.
• Establish LLMOps and observability using tools like LangSmith or Weights & Biases to track reasoning and latency.
• Integrate AI agents into core infrastructure including payments and fraud detection systems.
• Develop automated "evals-as-code" using LLM-as-a-judge and adversarial benchmarking.
• Optimize RAG pipelines and agent loops for performance and inference cost.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive best practices in async programming and data validation.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• 2+ years of experience deploying production-grade LLM or Generative AI applications.
• Expertise in Python and LLM APIs (OpenAI, Google AI, etc.).
• Proven experience with RAG, vector databases, and state management.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Strong understanding of Git, CI/CD, and software development fundamentals.
