TL;DR

Sales Executive (Healthcare): Driving revenue through the sale of sponsorships, exhibit space, and integrated marketing solutions for medical education events with an accent on B2B lead conversion and relationship management. Focus on expanding the business pipeline for flagship events such as A4M BHRT and Cognition360.

Location: Must be based in the Boca Raton or New York City office (Hybrid: 3+ days in-person per week)

Salary: $60,000–$75,000 + commission

What you will do

  • Sell exhibition space and sponsorship packages across multiple flagship medical events.
  • Manage and convert inbound leads while executing targeted outbound campaigns to build new business pipelines.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with healthcare brands, solution providers, and industry stakeholders.
  • Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close business to meet individual revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting using Salesforce CRM.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to manage booth allocation and exhibit hall floorplans.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience.
  • Must be based in or be able to work from the Boca Raton or New York City office.
  • Experience selling sponsorships, media, or exhibitions is highly preferred.
  • Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Professional presence across phone, video, and in-person interactions.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools; Salesforce experience is a plus.
