Account Manager (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts and maintain contracts.
• Respond to urgent inbound calls and resolve customer complaints within the territory.
• Schedule regular check-ins to optimize customer account usage and prevent churn.
• Identify and escalate priority bugs, product issues, or feature recommendations.
• Educate customers on new product offerings and provide troubleshooting support.
• Onboard and train new clients in all aspects of the DrChrono system.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a goal-oriented, data-driven approach.
• Exceptional organizational skills and follow-through abilities.
• Ability to communicate product value and recognize growth opportunities.
• Experience in customer service (preferred).
• 4-year college degree (preferred).

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce, Slack, Zoom, GSuite, or DocuSign.
• Background in EHR or the Healthcare industry.
