Location: Remote (Must be based in the US, specifically covering the Southeast territory)
Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 base salary

What you will do
- Own and manage the SMB territory in the Southeast, handling the full sales cycle from outreach to close.
- Lead discovery calls with HR leaders and People Operations teams to position Carrot’s value proposition.
- Create and present tailored proposals aligned with prospect business outcomes and benefit strategies.
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and deal stages within Salesforce.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, and Marketing for smooth client handoffs.
- Build brand awareness through regional events and relationships with brokers and consultants.
Requirements
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience in HR tech, healthcare, or SaaS.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Experience selling to HR, People Operations, or Benefits leaders.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and sales tech stacks.
- Must be based in the US and able to cover the Southeast territory.
Nice to have
- Existing relationships with HR leaders or benefit brokers in the Southeast market.
- Knowledge of fertility, family-building, or women’s health benefits.
- Experience with broker-influenced SMB sales cycles.
