Salary: $100,000–$120,000 + Commission

What you will do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of approximately 8–12 active oil clients.
- Drive new business development across mass, masstige, and prestige fragrance categories.
- Identify underserved brands and market inefficiencies to create new opportunities.
- Partner with perfumers and evaluators to guide clients toward successful fragrance directions.
- Lead fragrance presentations, evaluations, and client development conversations.
- Build long-term relationships with founders, product teams, and commercialization partners.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of fragrance house experience.
- Existing network within the fragrance oil buying community.
- Strong understanding of fragrance market dynamics and client pain points.
- Experience managing smaller or emerging accounts with a hunting mentality.
- Must be able to work on-site in Elizabeth, NJ.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
