hirify.global is a digital olfaction company on a mission to give computers a sense of smell to improve human health and wellbeing through thoughtfully applied AI and machine learning.

What you will do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of approximately 8–12 active oil clients.
  • Drive new business development across mass, masstige, and prestige fragrance categories.
  • Identify underserved brands and market inefficiencies to create new opportunities.
  • Partner with perfumers and evaluators to guide clients toward successful fragrance directions.
  • Lead fragrance presentations, evaluations, and client development conversations.
  • Build long-term relationships with founders, product teams, and commercialization partners.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of fragrance house experience.
  • Existing network within the fragrance oil buying community.
  • Strong understanding of fragrance market dynamics and client pain points.
  • Experience managing smaller or emerging accounts with a hunting mentality.
  • Must be able to work on-site in Elizabeth, NJ.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.

  • Exposure to both large and entrepreneurial fragrance environments.
  • Curiosity about the role of AI in fragrance development.
