Account Executive

Salary: $75,000–$95,000 per year plus commission

What you will do

• Prospect new clients and develop targeted marketing leads based on specific needs.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with advertising partners and prospects.
• Prepare and present customized advertising proposals and agreements.
• Collaborate with the internal creative department to develop effective campaigns.
• Negotiate and execute contracts to optimize results for both the company and clients.
• Manage and grow the existing client base while identifying trending products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Proven record of exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate client needs into media plans.
• Analytical mindset capable of assessing unexpected situations and offering creative solutions.
• Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in OOH, Digital, or Broadcast media.
