Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 per year plus commission

What you will do

• Prospect new clients and research targeted marketing leads based on specific needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing advertising partners.
• Prepare and present customized advertising proposals and agreements.
• Collaborate with the internal creative department to develop effective advertising campaigns.
• Negotiate and execute contracts to optimize results for both the company and clients.
• Manage and grow the current client base while identifying trending products and business leads.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Must have a proven record of exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical thinker capable of assessing unfamiliar situations and offering creative solutions.
• Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in OOH (Out-of-Home), Digital, or Broadcast media.
