What you will do

• Monitor enterprise systems within a 24/7 operational environment to ensure maximum uptime.
• Support product development, systems integration, and lottery operations teams.
• Execute and document daily operational checklists with high accuracy.
• Generate and review operational reports prior to distribution.
• Quickly identify, escalate, and assist in the recovery of system issues.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to maintain seamless service delivery.

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Alternatively, at least 2 years of experience in a related technical role.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, shift-based environment.
• Must have valid US work authorization (no sponsorship provided).
