What you will do

  • Drive commercial growth across assigned accounts by identifying upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities.
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day commercial contact for enterprise clients, building trust with stakeholders across IT, marketing, and leadership.
  • Monitor account health, delivery performance, and budget alignment to ensure high retention and successful renewals.
  • Translate client business needs into actionable internal briefs for strategy, design, and technical teams.
  • Coordinate with data, AI, and content teams to ensure delivery outcomes align with client expectations.
  • Maintain accurate account records, stakeholder maps, and performance KPIs via CRM.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, or Business Development within a digital agency, SaaS, or technology consulting environment.
  • Solid understanding of ecommerce platforms, digital experience, data, and AI integrations.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience discussing budgets, renewals, and business outcomes.
  • Exceptional English proficiency.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority accounts and complex stakeholder groups.
  • Must be able to work in a hybrid model in Dallas, USA.
