What you will do
- Drive commercial growth across assigned accounts by identifying upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities.
- Serve as the primary day-to-day commercial contact for enterprise clients, building trust with stakeholders across IT, marketing, and leadership.
- Monitor account health, delivery performance, and budget alignment to ensure high retention and successful renewals.
- Translate client business needs into actionable internal briefs for strategy, design, and technical teams.
- Coordinate with data, AI, and content teams to ensure delivery outcomes align with client expectations.
- Maintain accurate account records, stakeholder maps, and performance KPIs via CRM.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, or Business Development within a digital agency, SaaS, or technology consulting environment.
- Solid understanding of ecommerce platforms, digital experience, data, and AI integrations.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience discussing budgets, renewals, and business outcomes.
- Exceptional English proficiency.
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority accounts and complex stakeholder groups.
- Must be able to work in a hybrid model in Dallas, USA.
