Salary: $200,000 – $275,000 OTE per year

What you will do

  • Prospect and acquire net-new key clients with annual revenues between $50M and $1B+ across priority verticals.
  • Drive the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing complex mid-market and enterprise deals.
  • Maintain a disciplined outbound cadence of calls, emails, and targeted engagement to fuel the pipeline.
  • Position hirify.global’s platform as the central infrastructure for marketplace and digital commerce growth.
  • Collaborate with sales engineering, product, and leadership to advance opportunities and ensure forecast integrity.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS or technology field sales experience in a closing role focusing on new logo acquisition.
  • Proven success managing 6+ month sales cycles and closing deals with $50K+ ACV.
  • Consistent recent quota attainment (100%+) for at least 4 consecutive quarters.
  • Mastery of structured sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN, or Miller Heiman.
  • Must be located in the Eastern US time zone.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications.
  • Experience selling into commerce, retail technology, or digital ecosystem platforms.
  • Experience positioning data-driven or AI-powered solutions.
