Account Manager (Fintech)

Location: Must be based in the Columbus or West Chester, OH area (United States). This is a field-based role requiring daily face-to-face meetings.

What you will do

• Manage assigned dealer relationships within a geographic territory to achieve key objectives and drive sales.
• Equip dealers to increase the sale of new and used GM units and overall profitability.
• Act as a liaison between dealers and internal functional areas such as the Credit Center, Funding, and Commercial Lending.
• Analyze dealer-specific data using reporting tools to identify trends and take appropriate actions.
• Identify and resolve dealer issues involving portfolio risk, fraud, or dealer agreement violations.
• Present operational and performance information to senior-level managers within hirify.global and GM dealerships.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or near Columbus/West Chester, OH.
• Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred, or extensive relevant experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in the automotive industry, lending, or a related sales field.
• Ability to travel overnight within the assigned territory.
• Willingness to respond to dealer communications outside of normal business hours.
