What you will do
- Achieve monthly sales, growth, and net retention targets for an assigned portfolio.
- Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive multi-year agreements.
- Build and nurture trusted relationships, acting as a primary advocate for assigned clients.
- Conduct effective virtual presentations and product value reviews.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify risk indicators and proactively prevent churn.
- Maintain accurate records and activity metrics within the NetSuite CRM.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- 1-2 years of experience in customer retention, account management, or sales.
- Proven track record working with CRM platforms, preferably NetSuite.
- Strong phone and virtual presentation skills.
- Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-starter mindset with a high attention to detail and accountability.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent experience.
