What you will do

• Achieve monthly sales, growth, and net retention targets for an assigned portfolio.
• Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive multi-year agreements.
• Build and nurture trusted relationships, acting as a primary advocate for assigned clients.
• Conduct effective virtual presentations and product value reviews.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify risk indicators and proactively prevent churn.
• Maintain accurate records and activity metrics within the NetSuite CRM.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 1-2 years of experience in customer retention, account management, or sales.
• Proven track record working with CRM platforms, preferably NetSuite.
• Strong phone and virtual presentation skills.
• Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-starter mindset with a high attention to detail and accountability.
