What you will do

• Manage MRP, place and follow up on purchase orders for raw materials and traded goods.
• Support Sourcing Managers in implementing annual department and company objectives on a local and global basis.
• Collaborate with Business Units, Customer Service, and freight forwarders regarding the shipment of traded goods.
• Process Return Goods Authorizations (GRAs) to vendors and manage Quality notifications within SAP.
• Maintain accurate master data for material planning and monitor supply conditions to prevent shortages.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies in coordination with the accounting department.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree.
• 2+ years of experience in purchasing and negotiations.
• Proficiency in SAP.
• Must be located in or able to work onsite in Othello, US.
