What you will do

• Manage inventory, planning, and reconciliation in coordination with Product Management.
• Oversee the entire order lifecycle, including processing purchase and sales orders.
• Coordinate shipment transportation with external carriers and validate shipment paperwork.
• Act as the internal focal point for customers and suppliers regarding shipment status and inquiries.
• Investigate and resolve non-conformances and claims in conjunction with Quality and Logistics teams.
• Complete end-of-month reporting, invoicing, and cost reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in supply chain operations, logistics, or planning.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, with a strong preference for SAP or S/4HANA.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Ability to work onsite in Houston, TX.
