What you will do

• Develop and execute logistics strategies to support production schedules, inventory targets, and customer delivery.
• Lead cross-functional logistics planning with procurement, manufacturing, and engineering to optimize transportation and warehousing.
• Analyze network performance to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve supply chain lead times.
• Manage relationships with logistics providers and drive service level improvements via performance metrics.
• Oversee the complete lifecycle of reusable containers, including forecasting, procurement, and returnable flow optimization.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean principles to streamline logistics and container operations.

Requirements

• Experience in logistics, materials management, or supply chain within an automotive or high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Proven success in managing reusable container programs and developing logistics strategies.
• Proficiency in ERP and logistics systems such as SAP, Oracle, TMS, or WMS.
• Strong data analysis, process mapping, and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship for employment-based visas.
