What you will do

  • Manage inventory using a demand-driven replenishment model to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Optimize stocking policies, reorder points, safety stock, and min/max parameters.
  • Execute daily purchasing activities and handle MRO procurement, including one-off purchases.
  • Monitor inventory health, addressing stockouts and obsolete inventory to improve fill rates.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery, quality, and resolution of discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate and timely data within Oracle and SAP ERP systems.

Requirements

  • Up to 2 years of experience in inventory planning, supply chain, or procurement.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to perform multiple functions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Associate's degree (relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).
  • Must be able to work onsite at the Distribution Center in Olive Branch, Mississippi.

Nice to have

  • Experience in distribution, spare parts, or MRO environments.
  • Familiarity with replenishment models (min/max, reorder point, safety stock).
  • Exposure to Lean and Six Sigma continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience with Oracle ERP and the Baxter planning system.
