What you will do

• Facilitate discovery sessions with internal and external stakeholders to refine and uncover new product features.
• Manage and evaluate the CIS product backlog, ensuring alignment with the overall product roadmap.
• Support the development team through SCRUM sprint cycles and facilitate feedback loops.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Service Delivery to identify trends and project requirements.
• Provide product demonstrations and educational support for new features to internal and external users.
• Assist in the sales process by responding to RFPs and estimating development work.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada
• Strong B2B product and business experience working with enterprise customers.
• Solid understanding of system design and analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment with frequent context switching.
