Product Manager (Energy)

What you will do

• Investigate product opportunities using customer research, prototyping, and go-to-market plans.
• Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and designers to bring new features to market.
• Develop metrics to measure operational efficiency, revenue, platform utilization, and customer satisfaction.
• Engage executive and functional teams in release, operational, and customer support planning.
• Own the product roadmap and lead regular prioritization cycles to ensure high-impact delivery.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of product management experience delivering software products.
• At least 2 years of experience in an early-stage B2B startup environment.
• Authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship.
• Ability to work in EST time zone.
• Experience utilizing AI to analyze data, build workflows, and create prototypes.
• Proven ability to thrive in distributed teams using asynchronous communication and strong time management.

Nice to have

• Experience in US wholesale electricity markets, distributed energy resources, or SaaS API product development.
• Technical background in engineering, computer science, or data science.
