TL;DR

Product Manager (SaaS): Leading the strategy, development, and execution of the digital experience for connected water solutions with an accent on user onboarding, device integration, and product-led growth. Location: Must be based in the US. Role is remote with occasional travel to company offices required.

Salary: $128,000–$144,000 yearly.

What you will do

  • Define the product vision and roadmap for device integrations within the digital platform.
  • Drive customer adoption and conversion from free to paid tiers using product-led growth methodologies.
  • Act as the voice of the customer to identify pain points and value drivers across target verticals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design features and ensure successful product-market fit.
  • Manage product feedback loops through A/B testing, analytics, and user surveys.
  • Partner with engineering to ensure high-quality execution and timely delivery of innovative solutions.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience building products, ideally with B2B exposure.
  • Proven track record of launching and growing consumer or business-facing software products.
  • Strong experience with agile software development methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
