What you will do

  • Convert Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
  • Build and develop relationships with potential leads via phone and email outreach.
  • Identify prospect pain points and set meetings with key decision-makers.
  • Manage the CRM and maintain accurate contact lists.
  • Report on weekly and monthly sales progress and KPIs.
  • Provide product feedback to marketing, sales, and leadership teams.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role.
  • Proven skills in prospecting and understanding of pipeline generation processes.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • High level of grit, coachability, and a strong work ethic.
  • Must be based in Dallas, TX.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of sales tools such as Salesforce, High Velocity Sales, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
