What you will do

• Conduct complex customer research and market analysis within the AEC landscape to identify trends and willingness-to-pay.
• Design and execute analytical tests and define KPIs to measure the effectiveness of pricing and packaging decisions.
• Build financial models to project revenue and behavioral effects of pricing changes, validating them against historical data.
• Develop data-driven business cases to provide clear guidance on product offering and price points.
• Manage cross-functional project execution across product, sales, marketing, and operations teams.
• Champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the Build and Construct Division.

Requirements

• Senior level experience in pricing, packaging, or commercial strategy.
• Experience in commercial SaaS or B2B software is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in pricing research methods such as conjoint analysis, Van Westendorp, and A/B testing.
• Ability to convert market and internal data into financial models to anticipate business impact.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to leverage insights for strategic decision-making.
• Proven track record of managing complex initiatives in a matrixed organization.
