What you will do
- Conduct complex customer research and market analysis within the AEC landscape to identify trends and willingness-to-pay.
- Design and execute analytical tests and define KPIs to measure the effectiveness of pricing and packaging decisions.
- Build financial models to project revenue and behavioral effects of pricing changes, validating them against historical data.
- Develop data-driven business cases to provide clear guidance on product offering and price points.
- Manage cross-functional project execution across product, sales, marketing, and operations teams.
- Champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the Build and Construct Division.
Requirements
- Senior level experience in pricing, packaging, or commercial strategy.
- Experience in commercial SaaS or B2B software is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in pricing research methods such as conjoint analysis, Van Westendorp, and A/B testing.
- Ability to convert market and internal data into financial models to anticipate business impact.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to leverage insights for strategic decision-making.
- Proven track record of managing complex initiatives in a matrixed organization.
