Commercial Innovation Platform Manager, Graphics

Location: Hybrid/on-site in Mentor, Ohio, USA

Salary: $119,700–$178,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead the development and commercialization handoff of innovations addressing current and future market needs.
• Manage project plans, resources, budgets, schedules, risks, and costs for strategic innovation platforms.
• Drive innovation projects focused on solvent-free adhesives and PVC-free materials.
• Define Critical-to-Quality requirements and align projects with unmet market needs.
• Improve innovation prioritization, roadmapping, execution accuracy, and project management tools.
• Coordinate with Marketing, technical teams, R&D, Front-End Innovation, external suppliers, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business or a technology-related field.
• 7+ years of relevant project management experience, including technical and innovation-related projects.
• PMP certification or equivalent demonstrated experience.
• Strong financial and business acumen, including experience with project tracking software such as Microsoft Project or Smartsheet.
• Experience developing business cases, facilitating collaboration, presenting to organizational leadership, and building supplier relationships.
