SBU Product Line Management IV (Semiconductor Equipment)

What you will do

• Own service product line management, product-line control, gross margin management, and service product strategy.
• Manage the service product portfolio through customer engagement, high-value proposition collection, technical requirements, and return-on-investment analysis.
• Initiate and lead continuous improvement programs covering technical improvements, reliability, commonality, option reduction, and cost reduction.
• Own regional service customer sites and implement service roadmaps, including MCOS and LCOS management.
• Coordinate with operations, engineering, AGS sales, marketing, and business development to achieve cost targets and improve operational metrics.
• Align intercompany teams on pricing, spare-part levels, restricted-part orders, service roadmaps, and market proliferation.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in the relevant technical discipline and broad knowledge of related functional areas.
• Ability to anticipate business and regulatory issues and recommend product, process, or service improvements.
• Experience leading projects with significant risk and complexity and developing execution strategies.
• Ability to solve unique, complex problems with broad business impact through conceptual and innovative thinking.
• Strong communication and influencing skills, including communicating complex ideas and persuading senior stakeholders.
• Availability to travel approximately 10% of the time.
