Head of Pricing and Packaging (Cybersecurity)

Location: U.S. Remote

Compensation: $300,000 – $340,000 per year

What you will do

• Define and execute price and packaging architecture across the entire product portfolio.
• Lead the monthly Price Committee, including financial modeling, analysis, and strategic recommendations.
• Establish and govern discount policies and commercial guardrails.
• Drive monetization strategies for new categories including NHI governance, AI agent identity, and StrongDM.
• Ensure commercial readiness for product launches by aligning packaging and pricing with product delivery.
• Act as the single source of truth for pricing and quoting guidance in partnership with Product Marketing.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in pricing strategy, monetization, product management, or product marketing.
• 5+ years of experience specifically owning pricing as a named function.
• Proven track record of building a monetization function from the ground up.
• Strong financial modeling skills and experience defending recommendations to executive leadership.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in cybersecurity or identity security (PAM, IAM, SIEM).
• Knowledge of consumption-based or outcome-based pricing models.
• Working knowledge of CPQ tools like Salesforce CPQ.
• MBA degree.
