Senior Product Manager (SaaS)

Location: Remote with a hybrid option; associates within 30 miles of an office may work remotely part of the week and are expected to maintain in-office presence.

Salary: $140,000–$150,000 annually, depending on experience.

What you will do

• Discover and validate market problems, identify business opportunities, and develop business plans.
• Build product strategy, strategic vision, and roadmaps with executive stakeholders, product owners, and development teams.
• Analyze competitors, competitive advantages, market growth opportunities, and win/loss results.
• Manage product launches, communications, pricing strategies, ROI models, and portfolio expansion.
• Monitor product KPIs, customer satisfaction, NPS impact, operational outcomes, revenue, and market share.
• Develop industry and client relationships and position hirify.global as a thought leader.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of product or product management experience, or relevant product knowledge.
• Experience with SaaS-based product development.
• Technical expertise in software engineering design.
• Ability to identify market opportunities, work independently, adapt to change, collaborate, and deliver value.
