Location: Hybrid (Los Angeles, New York City, or Chicago). Must work in office 3 days per week

Salary: $125,000 - $155,000

What you will do

• Partner with Sales, Product, and CS leadership to execute an operational roadmap supporting growth and retention.
• Build, guide, and mentor a high-performing Revenue Operations team.
• Optimize processes such as churn forecasting and ARR governance using AI/ML and predictive analytics.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Leadership to improve operational alignment.
• Establish and implement revenue recognition, churn, and M&A policies.
• Lead high-impact cross-functional projects from scoping through execution and adoption.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Customer Success or Revenue Operations, ideally within high-growth SaaS organizations.
• Proven track record of managing, coaching, and growing a high-performing team.
• Expertise in Gainsight, Salesforce, and other key CS/GRO operations tools.
• Experience building automation workflows using Salesforce flows, Gainsight rules engine, Zapier, or Workato.
• Familiarity with AI-powered RevOps tooling (e.g., Gong, Gainsight AI) and ability to critically evaluate AI outputs.
• Must be based in or able to work from Los Angeles, New York City, or Chicago
