What you will do

  • Serve as the primary resource for GTM teams regarding reporting, data, and operational processes.
  • Build and maintain recurring and ad hoc reports for pipeline, forecasting, and funnel visibility.
  • Analyze GTM performance to provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Manage day-to-day sales compensation administration, including commission processing and reconciliations.
  • Maintain data accuracy and process consistency within Salesforce and the broader GTM tech stack.
  • Apply AI tools and automation to optimize prospecting, enrichment, and reporting tasks.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US
  • 2–4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations.
  • Strong hands-on Salesforce experience, including admin-level capability with reports, dashboards, and workflows.
  • Advanced analytical and spreadsheet skills (Excel/Google Sheets) for building models.
  • Experience with B2B SaaS GTM tools such as Apollo, Salesloft, Outreach, Gong, or Clari.
  • Comfortable building AI-assisted workflows for reporting and automation.

Nice to have

  • Salesforce Administrator certification.
  • Experience with commission management platforms like CaptivateIQ.
  • Hands-on experience with prospecting tools like Clay.
  • Experience with workflow orchestration tools such as n8n or Zapier.
