What you will do
- Serve as the primary resource for GTM teams regarding reporting, data, and operational processes.
- Build and maintain recurring and ad hoc reports for pipeline, forecasting, and funnel visibility.
- Analyze GTM performance to provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Manage day-to-day sales compensation administration, including commission processing and reconciliations.
- Maintain data accuracy and process consistency within Salesforce and the broader GTM tech stack.
- Apply AI tools and automation to optimize prospecting, enrichment, and reporting tasks.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US
- 2–4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations.
- Strong hands-on Salesforce experience, including admin-level capability with reports, dashboards, and workflows.
- Advanced analytical and spreadsheet skills (Excel/Google Sheets) for building models.
- Experience with B2B SaaS GTM tools such as Apollo, Salesloft, Outreach, Gong, or Clari.
- Comfortable building AI-assisted workflows for reporting and automation.
Nice to have
- Salesforce Administrator certification.
- Experience with commission management platforms like CaptivateIQ.
- Hands-on experience with prospecting tools like Clay.
- Experience with workflow orchestration tools such as n8n or Zapier.
