What you will do

  • Own and optimize sales and customer success processes, from account assignment and forecasting to renewals and churn management.
  • Ensure high data accuracy for pipeline and opportunity data, including health scores and ACV.
  • Develop and maintain standardized reporting and dashboards to track ARR, retention, NRR/GRR, and sales performance.
  • Manage territory coverage and account ownership models across relevant GTM systems.
  • Analyze revenue funnel trends to identify growth levers and provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Evaluate and implement GTM tools (CRM, sales engagement, enrichment) to increase sales productivity and adoption.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in Revenue or Sales Operations within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Salesforce (reports, dashboards, data modeling).
  • Proven success in pipeline management, forecasting, and performance analytics.
  • Ability to translate complex datasets into actionable business recommendations.
  • Experience with GTM tech stacks, including Outreach, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Salesforce administration certification.
  • Experience with compensation planning and commission processing.
  • Experience utilizing AI tools within the GTM process.
