Sr. Revenue Operations Analyst (SaaS): Analyzing sales and renewal data to drive revenue forecasting and strategy with an accent on pipeline health, deal velocity, and tech stack optimization. Focus on building forecasting models, optimizing Salesforce/Gong workflows, and partnering with Product Marketing on pricing strategies.
Location: Remote (US). Not hiring in AK, HI, IA, ME, MS, NM or WV.

What you will do
- Build and maintain revenue forecasting models to identify risks and opportunities for next quarter’s revenue.
- Track deal velocity, conversion rates, and pipeline health to optimize the overall revenue engine.
- Manage and optimize the tech stack, specifically Salesforce and Gong, to eliminate silos between Finance, Marketing, and Success teams.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing leadership to provide data and analytics for pricing and packaging strategies.
- Ensure high data integrity by maintaining dashboards and cleaning records.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, or Financial Analysis within the SaaS industry.
- High proficiency in Salesforce and advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable narratives for executives and sales teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or equivalent real-world experience.
- Must be based in the US (excluding AK, HI, IA, ME, MS, NM or WV).
