What you will do

  • Own end-to-end partnership development with enterprise accounts, government agencies, and public sector institutions across EMEA.
  • Identify, recruit, and activate resellers, system integrators, and channel partners to distribute hirify.global products.
  • Build partnerships with universities and coding bootcamps to drive adoption in learning environments.
  • Design and execute go-to-market strategies, including co-selling motions and joint marketing arrangements.
  • Represent hirify.global at major EMEA technology conferences and industry events.
  • Manage a robust deal pipeline and report on growth metrics to ensure measurable business impact.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, enterprise sales, or growth within a technology or SaaS environment.
  • Deep familiarity with the EMEA business landscape, including enterprise sales cycles and public sector procurement.
  • Proven track record of sourcing and closing enterprise or government partnerships.
  • Strong communication skills capable of adapting messaging for technical developers, C-suite executives, and government stakeholders.
  • Must be based in London, UK with the ability to work closely with the global Partnerships team.
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to build market presence from the ground up.

Nice to have

  • Background in developer tools, coding education, or digital transformation consulting.
  • Existing enterprise, government, or channel partner relationships in Europe.
  • Experience managing partner programs with tiered incentives.
  • Familiarity with European government digital initiatives.
