What you will do

  • Take full ownership of building a sales pipeline through proactive, outbound-led efforts and creative prospecting.
  • Lead the entire sales journey from initial discovery and demo to negotiation and closing.
  • Engage senior decision-makers to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, RevOps, and US-based teams to refine regional sales playbooks.
  • Surface real-time market insights to influence product, messaging, and GTM strategy in the EMEA region.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in a SaaS B2B environment.
  • Proven ability to generate pipeline through outbound, events, and creative account engagement.
  • Experience selling into European markets with an understanding of regional buying dynamics.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and standard sales technologies.
  • Must be based in London, England.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with a hunter mindset.

Nice to have

  • Background in HR tech, payroll, or workforce solutions.
  • Experience as an early or founding AE at a US-based SaaS company expanding into EMEA.
  • Comfort operating in early-stage, high-growth environments without a defined playbook.
