What you will do

  • Develop and execute the partner sales strategy for the Enterprise and Commercial segments to drive pipeline and revenue.
  • Recruit, onboard, and enable SIs, consulting firms, ISVs, and VARs to maximize joint success.
  • Set and achieve partner revenue targets while collaborating with internal teams to accelerate deal conversion.
  • Design and implement effective partnership programs in collaboration with product, marketing, and legal teams.
  • Analyze partner performance and report results to leadership to optimize growth strategies.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences, involving up to 40% travel.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Partner Management within SaaS or B2B technology companies.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling partner ecosystems in Northern Europe.
  • Strong existing network of partner contacts in the region.
  • Fundamental understanding of AI technology, its applications, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in local languages.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% for key meetings and industry events.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of CX (Customer Experience) or EX (Employee Experience) domains.
