What you will do

  • Own the commercial health of accounts, driving growth through relationship management, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Lead customer communication and planning meetings to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Coordinate delivery with technical teams, defining scope, milestones, dependencies, and timelines.
  • Manage risks, change requests, and take full responsibility for client delivery.
  • Handle status reporting and monthly billing processes.
  • Utilize and integrate AI tools to optimize internal workflows and create concrete AI-driven value for customers.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B Account Management, Customer Success, or IT/SaaS project delivery.
  • Practical IT project management skills, including scoping, planning, and risk management.
  • Strong stakeholder management and senior customer-facing communication skills.
  • Fluency in English and familiarity with Jira or similar tools.
  • Active use of AI tools in current professional work to improve processes and outcomes.
  • Ability to translate technical and AI capabilities into business value.
