What you will do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy, with a primary focus on LinkedIn and emerging B2B platforms.
- Engage directly with target audiences in niche communities like Reddit, CMO Slacks, and industry-specific forums to build brand authority.
- Scale the employee advocacy program by equipping team members with content kits and AI-powered prompt libraries.
- Implement social listening across multiple channels to route actionable intelligence to Sales, Product, and Brand teams.
- Produce social-native content and collaborate with design and video teams to maintain a high standard of creative output.
- Manage crisis response and brand safety protocols in partnership with PR and communications teams.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in B2B social and community management, preferably in enterprise SaaS.
- Must be based in North America.
- Proven track record of managing LinkedIn at scale and running successful employee advocacy programs.
- Hands-on AI fluency, including experience building agents and workflows to automate volume tasks.
- Strong analytical skills with a clear POV on measuring social and community impact.
- Active participation in professional B2B communities with a demonstrated ability to maintain credibility.
